What You Will Need To Complete the Process On-line & Then Federal Express

What You Will Need Before Going Online:

·         Students USA Passport

·         Students Visa Photo (2” x 2”)

·         Copy of Students Birth Certificate

·         Copy of Students Proof of Residence (Student Driver’s License or Parents)

·         Copy of both Parents USA Passport

·         Money Order in the amount of $118.00

·         Scanner hooked up to a computer (Need to scan in the Visa application for third party outsource vendor application process)

Process Online:

·         Complete the Visa Application (must be signed by student and both parents)

·         Complete the Travisa Application Form (third party outsource vendor)

·         Will get FedEx slip at the end of the Travisa process to drop at nearby Federal Express location
