Less than a week!

Wow!  We are less than a week out.  Just a couple of reminders as next Tuesday approaches

1) We know some were waiting on Indian visas to be returned.  Please confirm the arrival of all visas and e-mail us a copy at your earliest convenience.

2) Paperclip an extra copy of a passport photo (those from which passports and visas are made) to $35 US cash so that we may obtain our Nepalese visas as quickly as possible upon arrival in Kathmandu (if you already sent in the Nepalese Visa application there is no need).  You can give this to us at the airport.

3) If you are giving us medications to distribute to your son/daughter during the trip, please make sure you bring those to the airport in a separate bag with detailed instructions in the bag.

4)  We will NOT be getting a global cell phone before we go (the cost was outrageous).  However, Dr. Conlan and our group WILL be getting a phone once we arrive in India.  So, I will pass this number along as soon as we have it.

In the meantime, please use the following numbers in all emergencies as they will be able to contact us 24/7 (please use only in emergencies).
